Your responsibilities:
* Define and execute operational roadmaps for promotions and incentives
* Own program metrics and lead performance reviews with leadership
* Ensure quality and compliance with SOPs across all campaigns
* Provide operational support, monitor campaign health, and resolve incidents
* Drive product adoption through enablement, training, and onboarding
* Detect and remediate risks using SQL and scripting for root cause analysis
* Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency
* Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across teams
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
* Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
* Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and BI platforms
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Experience with promotional strategies and incentive programs
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
* Familiarity with B2B platforms is a plus
* Knowledge of automation, machine learning, or Six Sigma is a bonus
