We are now recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brandStrong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a teamFamiliar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and eventsAttention to detail with good customer serviceAbility to work under pressure and have excellent time managementMust have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and EnglishBe part of an iconic summer destination in IbizaOpportunity to grow within a globally expanding luxury brand
