The Role
We are looking for an experienced App Growth & User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale paid growth strategies across multiple mobile apps.
This is a high-impact role with full ownership over performance marketing execution, testing roadmaps, and growth optimization. You will work directly with clients, internal teams, and leadership to drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and scale multi-channel User Acquisition campaigns across:
Google Ads (UAC / App Campaigns)
Meta Ads
TikTok Ads
Apple Search Ads
Additional mobile DSPs
Manage budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, LTV, and profitability
Build and execute structured growth experimentation roadmaps
Optimize full-funnel performance: creative, targeting, bidding, and event strategy
Analyze performance using MMPs and analytics tools to drive data-backed decisions
Collaborate on ASO strategy to improve conversion and organic uplift
Align UA efforts with monetization models including ads and subscriptions
Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to increase efficiency and scale
Communicate insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience in the mobile app industry
Hands-on User Acquisition experience managing significant budgets
Strong understanding of core app growth metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, payback windows
Demonstrated success scaling campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads
Deep familiarity with: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch or similar MMPs
Strong experience with analytics tools such as: Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 or similar
Solid understanding of: ASO fundamentals and app monetization models (ads + subscriptions)
Experience using AI tools and automation to improve campaign performance
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluent, professional-level English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment
Creative testing and performance-driven ad creative strategy experience
Experience scaling global campaigns across Tier 1 markets
Basic SQL or data querying capabilities
Experience managing seven-figure monthly budgets
