Technical Sales Manager – Animal Nutrition (Italian Market)
Location: Remote from Spain | Travel ~50%
Salary Range: €60,000 – €90,000 + performance bonus

In this role, you’ll:
* Lead commercial development in Italy for a range of specialty feed products
* Manage and expand key customer relationships across Italy
* Deliver technical support and presentations tailored to client needs
* Collaborate with innovation and marketing teams to bring new ideas to market
* Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates
* Act as a technical resource within the region and support internal training
* Report activity through a CRM system and contribute to long-term strategy
* Negotiate and oversee implementation of commercial contracts
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Animal Science or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the animal nutrition sector
* Strong understanding of swine and poultry production systems
* Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver consultative sales
* Fluent in Italian; working knowledge of English or Spanish
