We are looking for a
Junior Ad Monetization Manager
to join our team. This is the perfect role if you’re excited to

of players worldwide. You’ll work closely with our Head of Ad Monetization and collaborate with product, data, and marketing experts. You’ll learn how
ad monetization works from the inside out, help shape a level of excellence in this fast-evolving area, and

As a Junior Ad Monetization Manager,
you’ll be hands-on from day one, making sure our
games earn revenue through ads while keeping the player experience fun
and seamless. Work with different teams (data, product, marketing) to deliver ambitious goals and optimize billions of monthly ad impressions. Explore data to improve how our ads perform across games, platforms, and countries. Help design and run A/B tests that shape our monetization strategy. Keep ad quality high and make sure our player experience stays excellent. Build strong relationships with our ad partners and learn the business side of gaming Contribute ideas for automation and tools, working with our Data and Tech teams to make things smarter and faster.
