Key responsibilities (text) -Gestionarás las incidencias y necesidades de los clientes, ofreciendo una atención cercana y resolutiva.
-Apoyarás las operaciones de caja, asegurando un cobro ágil, preciso y con una experiencia positiva.
-Realizarás tareas de reposición de mercancía, garantizando una correcta disponibilidad, orden y presentación de los productos.
-Darás soporte en Atención al Cliente, gestionando devoluciones, cambios y consultas con empatía y orientación a soluciones.
-Velarás por el orden, la limpieza y la seguridad en todas las áreas en las que operes.
-Colaborarás con tu equipo, aportando flexibilidad y adaptándote a las necesidades operativas del día a día.
-Contribuirás a ofrecer una experiencia destacado a cada cliente, manteniendo los valores IKEA en tu actividad diaria.
