Copilot Studio Platform & Governance Engineer (MDC)
Location: Remote from Spain (an indefinite Spanish employment contract)

A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of a set of capabilities including an online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services main differences
Requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Copilot Studio, including environment setup, connectors, DLP, platform configuration, and AI agent lifecycle management.
* Solid understanding of governance models for low‑code and AI platforms (Thin Work / Thick Work), including compliance, risk management, cost controls, and environment strategy.
* Experience integrating Copilot Studio or Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow (SNOW), SuccessFactors, and other line‑of‑business systems.
* Familiarity with APIs, API Management (APIM v2), event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
* Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and engineering best practices, including CI/CD, testing automation, code review processes, and developer productivity tooling.
* Experience coaching and training both technical and non-technical users on the effective use of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio

* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform related (PL900, PL-200, PL-500, PL-400)
Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of Copilot Studio governance and approval flows.
* Development and Maintenance of the set of tools provided by the Center of Excellence that are impacted by the Copilot Studio Governance Framework. Those tools are built on top of Power Platform: Power Apps Canvas Apps & Power Automate Flows
* Assessment of environments, access, connectors, and platform configuration and policies.
* Regular review of the information included on the Center of Excellence toolkit and other tools to assess the compliance of Copilot Studio configuration and policies. Analyze compliance trends and propose remediation actions or improvement policies or procedures when needed.
* Support integrations with core systems (SAP, SNOW, SuccessFactors, etc.).
* Development of re-usable components for the IT makers community and assessment of the Copilot Studio Production track solutions requiring integration with core systems.
* Assist makers with troubleshooting, prototyping, and early use cases.
* Dedicated support on the Power Platform Teams community for the Q&A channel, in particular on regards of Copilot Studio Experimentation track (troubleshooting, prototyping, best practices). Consolidate common use cases or known issues into the documentation provided to the community both on SNOW and on the Power Platform portal.
* Coordinate with other teams for aligned processes.
* Participate on coordination activities with other teams’ part of the Power Platform Center of Excellence when cross-functional support is required.
* Implement and support MDC teams in implementing agents for improving SDLC
* Provide support to MDC delivery teams on the enablement of agentic AI solutions based on the Copilot Studio Governance Framework. Implement and maintain those Copilot Studio agents and consolidate the set of internal best practices to be shared within the team.
