Customer Care Position We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to our Polish and English-speaking clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Your main duties will include answering customer calls and emails, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Polish and English-speaking clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
Answer customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Handle additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
Must be able to work full-time in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria
