Clinical Research Associate – EPM Scientific (Medical Device Company)EPM Scientific is partnering with a medical device company seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate based in Spain or the UK.

Requirements: Proven experience in the medical device field, preferably within cardiovascular; knowledge of international regulations and guidelines including clinical strategy, GCPs, SOPs, submissions, product launch, labeling, product vigilance, and medical device reporting; functional knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and basic knowledge of surgery; local to Spain or the UK; additional languages a plus, English required.

Contract details: Start Date – ASAP; Location – Remote within Spain/UK; FTE – Full‐time. If you are not eligible, please share with anyone who may be a good fit.

Clinical Research Associate – SOLTISOLTI is an academic research group that performs clinical trials of excellence in oncology. Currently, SOLTI is comprised of over 550 renowned research professionals distributed over a broad network of more than 100 leading hospitals in Spain, Portugal, France, and Ireland.

SOLTI focuses its efforts on developing cutting‐edge clinical trials with novel targeted therapeutics including innovative translational research, fostering participation in international networks and promoting excellence in the management of cancer among its members.

We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our Clinical Operations Team.

Main responsibilities:

Plan and conduct site visits and prepare site visit reports within the specified timelines in accordance with the Clinical Monitoring Plan.

Perform site management and ensure thorough follow‐up and resolution of action items.

Oversee trial medication at the site by meticulously reviewing study accountability logs.

Guarantee the proper collection and dispatch of biosamples as per protocol.

Collaborate with the clinical project team in managing trial documentation.

Provide assistance for audit/inspection activities as necessary.

Ensure compliance with the protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), and clinical trial regulations.

Maintain consistent communication with the PM/CTM and report any pertinent issues concerning the assigned trial sites.

Requirements and skills:

BSc in Life Science field (Pharmacy, Biology, Nursing, etc.).

MSc in Clinical Trials Monitoring.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience as CRA in a CRO, Pharmaceutical Industry or collaborative groups. Breast cancer clinical trials experience will be an asset.

Advanced English level.

Advanced knowledge of GCPs and clinical trials legislation.

Proficiency in MS Office.

This is a full‐time position (38h/week) based in Madrid (Spain).

What will you help with?

Support M&A transactions across multiple geographies.

Update M&A pipeline and deal status in internal reporting tools.

Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to support potential acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.

Build and review financial models to support investment and divestment decisions.

Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentation materials for internal Committees and senior management.

Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Participate in the due diligence process, coordinating with external advisers (financial, legal, tax, and technical).

Analyze market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive dynamics in the renewable energy sector.

Collaborate with internal teams (Project Finance, Development, Engineering, and Legal) to assess transaction feasibility and risk.

Monitor and support post‐closing activities, ensuring the integration of acquired assets or divestment follow‐up.

Contribute to strategic initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures, and other corporate development activities.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering. MBA will be a plus.

Based in Madrid or Sevilla.

3‐6 years of proven experience in similar roles (in the renewable energy sector).

Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Solid understanding of valuation techniques, financial statements, and deal structuring.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Spanish and English.

Proven analytical and mathematical capabilities.

Critical thinking and presentation skills.

High degree of attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Mantenerse actualizado en tecnologías InMode (radiofrecuencia fraccionada, luz pulsada, láser, BodyTite, Morpheus8, etc.) y en tendencias del sector médico‐estético para garantizar formaciones de alto nivel.

Realizar seguimiento post‐formación (follow‐up) para acompañar la curva de aprendizaje del cliente, resolver dudas y reforzar la confianza en la tecnología.

Coordinar la logística de las sesiones (agenda, equipos revisados y en mantenimiento, gestión de materiales clínicos como informes y fotos de casos).

Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y normativa sanitaria, eximiendo a la compañía de responsabilidades médicas y asegurando prácticas éticas.

Colaborar con otros departamentos (Marketing, Ventas y Clínico) para presentaciones, demostraciones y soporte técnico en eventos o congresos.

Requisitos

Experiencia en educación clínica e instrucción en entornos de formación médica.

Conocimiento en medicina estética, cirugía plástica, dermatología, ginecología y medicina regenerativa.

Deseable contar con experiencia en entornos tecnológicos aplicados a clínicas y fuerte capacidad de comunicación y presentación.

Orientación a resultados, proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment.

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.

Occasional travel – Driving license is needed.
