You should thrive in high-performance environments and bring a proactive, solutions-driven attitude to every stage of the procurement process. /ppbr/ppbRole Responsibilities /b /pulliDefine the procurement plan for construction services, engineering, and materials in alignment with the project's reverse construction schedule. /liliDevelop commercial strategies with cost targets and package-specific sourcing approaches (local vs. centralized). /liliImplement and manage the procurement strategy throughout the project lifecycle. /liliLead tendering processes, vendor selection, and bidding procedures. /liliNegotiate, formalize, and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance and delivery tracking. /liliManage contractual change orders and project-related negotiations. /liliOversee vendor payments, financial follow-up, and final settlements. /liliCoordinate systemic PO/PR generation aligned with procurement planning outputs. /liliProactively identify opportunities to reduce costs and contribute to the acceleration of industrial development. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliEngineering Master’s degree required. /liliMinimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement and contract management for large-scale industrial construction projects (CAPEX €100M), ideally within MEP, CSA, or general construction. /liliAdditional experience in project control or construction management preferred. /liliStrategic Sourcing, Cost Analyses, and Contract Negotiations skills required. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 minimum), and presentation skills are a must. /liliAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, SAP /liliAbility to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with challenging timelines and goals. /liliDemonstrate a curious and open mindset towards exploring new ideas, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. /liliAbility to train and mentor colleagues on best practices for project management and execution. /li /ul
