Requirements
* Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any business- related course.
Preferably with 1-2 years relevant administrative experience.
Strong leadership, decision- making, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Officer oversees facility and asset management, supports business permit processing and regulatory compliance, and assists in implementing administrative policies. The role also supervises admin personnel to ensure smooth daily operations and performs other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
