We are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Guest Experience (with English) to join a winery located in Alaró (Mallorca).
WHAT WE OFFER
- Permanent contract
- Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 to 17:00 (adaptable start and finish times)
- Occasional availability for weekend events
- Annual gross salary between €24,000 and €28,000, depending on experience

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist visitors and groups during tastings and guided tours, providing a warm and professional experience.
- Receive both scheduled groups and walk-in visitors, accompanying them and explaining the winemaking process.
- Manage emails, invoicing, payments, and supplier control.
- Coordinate with the external accounting office regarding taxes and quarterly reports on production and sales.
- Support online orders and exports, preparing documentation and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and records.
- Assist with general operational tasks when needed, such as labeling or preparing orders.
Requisitos mínimos :
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Driving license and own vehicle (to reach the winery).
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- Occasional availability for weekend events or tastings.
VALUABLE EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in hospitality, wine tourism, or the wine sector.
- Basic knowledge of wines, sommelier training, or oenology.
