British American Tobacco Iberia has an exciting opportunity for a Visibility Analyst in Canary Islands.
This role is part of the Marketing team and aims to develop practical skills in a dynamic, multinational environment. The Marketing position involves market and portfolio analysis and identifying untapped consumer opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Drive and implement activation tools aligned with BAT brand strategy at the point of sale (POS).
2. Ensure best-in-class retail execution through successful brand activation campaigns.
3. Manage POS materials, including implementation and tracking.
4. Manage 121 Strategy, including campaign development, promotional plans, and dynamics.
5. Coordinate communication between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Field Force.
6. Maintain strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders.
7. Prepare business presentations on project status and outcomes.
8. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and BAT standards.
9. Support activation planning and execution processes.
What are we looking for?
* University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
* Previous internship experience in marketing is valuable.
* Fluent in English; Spanish as mother tongue.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
* Proactivity, ownership, and effective communication skills.
* Skills in project management, multitasking, influencing, teamwork, and interpersonal relations.
