Workster is partnering with one of the largest global outsourcing companies to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Experts for various international projects across multiple industries.
These roles support major global companies in areas such as social media, digital communication, mobility, online payments, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and consumer electronics, all without disclosing brand names.
Your Role
As a Customer Support Expert, you will help users across different platforms and services, ensuring a smooth, safe, and high-quality experience.
You will:
* Assist users with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
* Stay informed about the specific project's policies, products, and guidelines
* Make balanced, policy-aligned decisions while maintaining user satisfaction
* Communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and verbally
* Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts, usage, and service issues
* Respond to user questions with high quality, speed, and empathy
* Use your market knowledge to spot trends and recommend scalable improvements
* Analyze incoming data to enhance the overall user experience
* Support enforcement of platform or service rules when required
* Review reported content or cases within agreed timeframes
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
* Recognize patterns and escalate cases when necessary
Your Qualifications
* C1 level Spanish
* Good English (B2)
* Availability for remote roles within Greece or for office-based positions in Athens (depending on the project)
* Customer Support experience is a plus
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to policy and process changes
* Confident computer and internet skills
* Ability to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
