Your Role We are looking for
Talent Acquisition Intern
to join our
People & Culture
team and support the company’s national and international growth in the
renewable energy sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent strategy, recruitment, and employer branding, while working in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Support the People & Culture team in developing and executing the
talent acquisition strategy
at both national and international levels. Participate in end-to-end
recruitment processes
across departments, helping to attract top talent for Exus Renewables. Assist in the
definition and implementation of policies
related to talent acquisition and recruitment best practices. Help implement and optimize the
recruitment platform (ATS)
and support its
integration with external platforms
like LinkedIn. Contribute to
employer branding initiatives, such as career events, social media campaigns, and communication with universities. Assist in generating
recruitment reports and KPIs, supporting decision-making with data and insights. Work closely with universities and support the coordination of
internship agreements
and collaboration programs. Gain visibility on how People & Culture works
cross-functionally
with different teams and geographies within the organization.
What You Bring You are in the final year of a
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in
Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or Human Resources. You are eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. You are available to have a
part-time or full-time internship, with the flexibility to combine the internship with your academic commitments. You are able to
formalize a collaboration agreement with an educational institution. You have a
practical knowledge of Excel
and are comfortable working with data. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team. Fluency in
English
is required A strong interest in
renewable energy and sustainability
is highly valued.
