What will your day-to-day look like?
Audit with purpose and real impact
At Bové Montero, you won’t just analyse figures; you will truly understand our clients' businesses.
- End-to-end involvement: You will take an active role in all phases of the audit, from the initial planning to the final report.
- Risk analysis: You will participate in auditing critical risk areas, suggesting solutions and internal control improvements.
- Direct visibility: You will work side-by-side with managers and partners.
International and multicultural environment
You will leverage our HLB International network to support groups with a global presence.
- International reporting: You will prepare documentation and technical questionnaires for auditors in other countries within the network.
- Global engagement: You will work with top-tier clients in an environment where English (and optionally German, French, or Italian) is a daily tool.
Management and progressive growth
We want you to lead your own processes as you evolve within the firm.
- Continuous improvement: You will identify key areas for improvement in future years, bringing our signature advisory mindset to the table.
- Proven autonomy: You will propose changes to audit programs based on your field findings, always with the support of your supervisor.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, ADE (Business Administration) with Data Analytics, Business & Technology, Business Analytics, Accounting & Finance, or a Master’s in Auditing/Finance (graduating in the 2025-2026 academic year).
- Experience: Recent graduates / 1 to 4 years of experience in auditing.
- Languages: Strong command of English (other languages such as German, French, Italian, or Chinese are a plus).
- Soft Skills: Innovative and agile mindset, eager to learn, curious, rigorous, and committed to both the work and the team.
- Ability to adapt to innovation, data analysis, and new technologies.
