About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and dependable Document Verification Associate to assist with in-office identity verification and secure document collection services at our Málaga, facility. The role involves meeting clients—often expats or foreign nationals—at our dedicated office location to collect and verify identity documents, ensuring secure and compliant submission of data.
This is a stationary, office-based role suitable for individuals focused on secure, controlled document handling and strong internal process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
In-Office Client Management: Meet with clients at the designated office location to collect identity documents and verify personal information.
Verification: Conduct scheduled, in-person appointments, primarily with expats or international residents.
Compliance & Security: Ensure all documentation is handled securely, confidentially, and in strict compliance with data protection protocols (e.g., KYC/AML guidelines).
Data Submission: Accurately submit collected and verified documentation through approved internal channels and databases.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and status reports to the coordination team.
Professionalism: Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner during all client interactions.

Requirements:
Based in or around Málaga, and able to commute reliably to the office.
Experience in document handling, KYC (Know Your Customer), or in-person verification is an advantage (comprehensive training will be provided).
English proficiency strongly preferred.
Reliable and available to adhere to a structured, office-based schedule.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.
