Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant, fostering a culture of exceptional service.
Communicate with staff regarding their responsibilities and act as a role model for appropriate conduct.
Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and outstanding customer service.
Uphold and enforce sanitation and safety standards in the restaurant.
Coordinate with the management to arrange training for new hires and overall staff development.
Handle guest feedback gracefully, taking immediate action to rectify any complaints.
Assist with restaurant administration tasks as required.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years equivalent work experience; previous leadership experience is a plus.
Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive foundation in conflict resolution.
Demonstrable expertise in customer service norms within the hospitality industry.
