JOB Description - Administrative Procurement Specialist / Manager -5 days on-site-Barcelona

OMODA operates individually from other brands of CheryIts business scope covers R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.Since founded, Chery has always taken adhering to technology-driven strategy,creating a vehicle brand with international competitiveness and influence as itsRelying on the constant pursuit of technological innovation, Cherytechnology of engine, gearbox, chassis, platform and new energy, and the first one inChina to export vehicle, CKD parts, engine and vehicle manufacturing technologydevelopment, Chery's sales and services network covers more than 80 countries andHandle daily administrative procurement activities covering office supplies, IToutsourced operational services.Conduct supplier sourcing, quotation requests, price comparison, contractreview, order placement, and end-to-end delivery tracking.Build, maintain, and regularly update the local supplier database to ensuretransparency, compliance, and accuracy of procurement records.system registration, contract filing, invoice checking, and payment processMonitor supplier performance, resolve service-related issues, and conductEnsure procurement activities comply with internal policies, audit requirements,Support process optimization and the development of procurement policies incollaboration with administration and finance teams.Assist in cost analysis, budget control, and procurement-related reporting forMaintain strong relationships with local suppliers and internal teams to ensuresmooth procurement operations.Participate in cross-department procurement initiatives and support continuousimprovement in sourcing efficiency and service quality.

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Supply ChainMinimum 3 years of experience in administrative procurement, office-relatedpurchasing, or general services procurement.Native-level Spanish and fluent business English; Catalan and Chinese are aSolid understanding of the Spanish supplier market and local procurementpractices for services and office operations.Knowledge of procurement processes, contract basics, and procurementsystems such as ERP/SRM.Experience working in multinational companies or Spanish enterprises preferred.High level of integrity and compliance awareness in daily procurement work.
