Responsibilities :
* Monitor, control, and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed.
* Understand and have experience in global Workplace and Service Desk services.
* Manage ITSM tools effectively, with a preference for experience in ServiceNow.
* Create reports within ServiceNow as part of your responsibilities.
* Master ITIL processes, including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management.
* Coordinate global services teams across different countries.
* Take ownership of major incidents, coordinate resolution efforts, communicate with stakeholders, and conduct post-incident reviews.
* Communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications :
* Degree in Management of Compute Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
* ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
* Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
* Experience in reporting work and producing documentation and reports.
* Open-minded and adaptable to change.
* Self-motivated learner.
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years in the IT sector performing similar roles. Proficiency in English at B2 / C1 level.
