Scope and PurposeTo ensure support to the Sales Teams, by guaranteeing adequate back-office and front-office control over monitoring and reporting activities regarding project planning and progress, overseeing deadlines and ensuring a contact with the Customer. The B2B Sales Support Admin plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of both front-office and back-office sales activities. This position supports the Sales Teams by managing administrative processes, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining direct communication with customers. The role also acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments such as Logistics and Production Planning to ensure timely product availability and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support to the Sales Teams by managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.Ensure timely execution of back-office and front-office activities, including order processing, documentation, and customer follow-up.Monitor and track deadlines related to sales operations, ensuring timely responses and actions.Serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.Assist the Market/Area Manager in maintaining and updating customer price lists within the assigned area of responsibility.Collaborate with the Logistics and Production Planning teams to verify product availability and coordinate shipping schedules.Support the resolution of customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and general inquiries.Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and tools.RequirementsProven experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.Fluency in English and Spanish.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a automotive or logistics environment.Familiarity with international shipping and documentation processes.Knowledge of pricing structures and sales reporting.
