We are seeking an App Security Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Management and Governance. Experience in Drilling and Development is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead the implementation and maintenance of application security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.

* Oversee the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures related to Identity Management and Governance.
* Provide expert guidance on security best practices to development teams during the software development lifecycle.
* Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that meet business requirements.
* Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of incidents.
* Develop and deliver security training programs to educate employees on security awareness and best practices.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
* Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
* Support the integration of security tools and technologies into existing systems and processes.
* Participate in the evaluation and selection of security products and services.
* Provide technical support and expertise during security-related projects and initiatives.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and practices.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :

* Strong experience in Identity Management and Governance.
* Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
* Nice to have experience in the Drilling and Development domain.
* Proficient in conducting security assessments and audits.
* Experience in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
* Experience in providing security training and awareness programs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
