We are seeking to hire a Auxiliar Administrativo / a with a versatile profile and experience in accounting, invoicing, and payroll management. The candidate should be familiar with the DELSOL software environment (ContaSOL, FacturaSOL, and / or NominaSOL).
Responsibilities
* Registering and accounting for supplier and customer invoices.
* Issuing invoices and managing collections / payments.
* Bank reconciliations and document management.
* Preparing payrolls, social security, and employment contracts.
* Supporting tax preparations (VAT, IRPF, etc.).
* Maintaining the accounting database updated in DELSOL.
* Performing other administrative tasks to support the finance department.
Requirements
1. Education in Administration, Accounting, or similar fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proven proficiency in DELSOL software (ContaSOL, FacturaSOL, NominaSOL).
4. Updated knowledge of accounting, fiscal, and labor regulations.
5. Good command of office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
6. Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
