Overall ObjectiveSupport payroll activities and data management/customer services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities may focus on payroll or customer services, with flexibility to support both areas as needed.
Main Responsibilities
Support payroll delivery according to processing calendars and KPIs.
Use payroll expertise to address client queries, understanding country-specific legislation.
Ensure data management is accurate and timely.
Respond to tickets and calls within SLA standards and maintain high quality.
Follow detailed working instructions, update documentation, and report system issues with detailed tickets.
Highlight deviations from scope to the Service Manager.
Handle sensitive information appropriately.
Complete all learning objectives and time recordings accurately.
Adhere to NGA Security Standards and complete SOC controls on time.
Participate in team meetings, project activities, and maintain good stakeholder relationships.
Update stakeholders promptly and accurately.
Performance Monitoring
Compliance with security and procedures.
Achieve 100% of SLA agreements.
Maintain quality standards and professionalism.

Experience and Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years experience in payroll or HR benefits administration.
HRIS knowledge is preferred.
