Now you can bring your organizational and management skills into a mission that looks far beyond Earth.A key part of your mission will be coordinating national and international travel for our teams, managing flights, hotels, and logistics to support employees as they collaborate on space projects around the world.

You'll be part of the administration team, ensuring that all administrative processes and internal coordination run seamlessly and efficiently.Management of travel bookings: flights, hotels, trains, etc.Management, processing, and filing of documents: delivery notes, invoices, orders, contracts, etc.ERP management.Control of representation expenses.Telephone assistance and reception of visitors (clients, suppliers, carriers, contractors, etc.).Educational Background: You hold a Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Management, Administrative Management, or Finance, providing you with a strong foundation for effective organizational support.You are confident using Office 365 and other office management tools, ensuring that documentation and communication are handled seamlessly.You have a B2 level of English (or equivalent), enabling smooth interaction with international partners and suppliers.Ready to shape the flow of space projects?If you're excited about coordinating international travel and providing essential administrative support to a global space technology mission, this is your chance.
