This home-based position in Europe holds full responsibility for global expansion (revenue and acquisition), encouraging clients to connect to our API. The role involves new business leads, account management, and managing relationships at all management levels, focusing on tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on new business development.Achieve sales targets individually and as part of a team.Engage with existing clients mainly through email, phone, and virtual meetings, with some travel involved.Visit clients and prospects as necessary.Close new sales opportunities consistently.Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure optimal client experience.Acquire targeted clients with follow-up from registration to booking.Deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new business.Plan meetings and visits, analyze data.Support client communication and relay feedback to head office for improvements.Provide weekly and monthly reports.Update CRM system daily.Execute company directives aligned with strategy.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidates should have at least 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry, with API understanding preferred. An excellent sales record can substitute for less experience. Preference for API sales experience or similar background. Must have excellent market contacts, be target-driven, results-oriented, tech-savvy, and a resourceful self-starter. Flexibility to travel nationally and abroad. Fluent in English;
additional languages are a plus. Confident presenter and communicator, with good organizational skills.WHAT WE OFFER
