Small team, high ownership, real user impact.Why this role exists We need a senior who can take product ideas from Figma to fast, accessible, production apps on Vercel - and lead the craft on performance, and accessibility.What you will do:Ship high-quality frontend apps inNext.Js,ReactandTypeScript(App Router & Page Router, SSR/SSG/ISR, middleware, edge patterns). TranslateFigmadesigns into responsive, accessible UI;
iterate quickly with design & product. Champion accessibility toWCAG 2.2 AAacross components and flows. Own performance: optimize data loading/streaming, reduce bundle size, profile theJS event loopand async flows. Keep dependencies lean and healthy;
document decisions;
raise the bar through reviews. Deploy, preview, and monitor apps onVercel(analytics, error tracking, observability).You will do great here if you have: 8+ yearsbuilding production frontends. DeepNext.Jsknowledge (App vs Page routes) and strongReact+ modern TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals. Mastery of the browser runtime: event loop, promises, concurrency, streaming. Proven track record shippingaccessibleUI toWCAG 2.2 AA. Professional fluency in English(written & spoken). Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and love for startup pace.Nice to have: BuiltstreamingUIs,chatexperiences, orAI-poweredapps (real-time, RAG, agents). Experience with design systems, motion/interaction details, and component libraries.
