What will you do as a Passenger Service Agent?
* Be present at the arrivals hall while customers’ baggage is being delivered.
* Welcome customers arriving at the airport for their return journey.
* Provide supervisory support to our third-party handler, ensuring they provide a warm and friendly check-in service, issuing boarding passes, and following safety and security procedures.
* Assist at the boarding gates, working with Jet2.com colleagues and third-party handlers to ensure timely departures.
* Deliver excellent customer service to our customers.
This role offers an initial 20-hour per week permanent intermittent contract, which may increase to a maximum of 40 hours during the season based on operational needs. Shifts can start as early as 5 am and include late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays, requiring flexibility.
No previous experience is necessary; however, excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish are required.
