PWall Street English is looking for a bCRM Marketing Manager /b to join our Marketing team in Barcelona, Spain. /ppbr/ppReporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will be a strategic and data-driven CRM Marketing Manager responsible for leading the development and execution of customer relationship management strategies. /ppbr/ppIn this role, you will drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalized, multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email, SMS, push notifications, and messaging platforms across a diverse range of markets in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. You will work closely with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to design, implement, and optimize lifecycle marketing programs that resonate with our customers at every stage of their journey. /ppbr/ppbWhat You Will Be Doing /b /ppbr/ppbDrive CRM and Lifecycle Strategies /b /pulliDevelop and execute a comprehensive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy that drives customer conversion, retention, and revenue growth. /liliLead the design, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and messaging, to effectively nurture, convert, upsell, and retain customers. /li /ulpbr/ppbCoach and Empower Teams /b /pulliCoach and nurture local territory general management and marketing teams in the adoption of CRM marketing to drive commercial results (LTV/CAC). /liliYour focus will be on our corporate markets in Italy, Hong Kong, Korea and Germany. The strategies and methods you prove out will also be shared with our franchise network to instill new practices in these territories. /li /ulpbr/ppbLeverage Data to Personalize Experiences /b /pulliUtilize customer data and insights to create personalized marketing experiences that resonate with target segments and enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals. /liliCollaborate with analytics, product, and technology teams to build and refine customer segmentation models, ensuring accurate targeting and relevancy in all communications. /li /ulpbr/ppbOptimize CRM Platforms and Automate Workflows /b /pulliEnsure data quality, integrity, and accuracy within the CRM, aligning with data retention and compliance policies in different territories. /liliEnsure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR). /liliWork with the CRM platform team to optimize the CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing and data systems. /liliBuild and manage automated workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and onboarding processes. /liliDevelop and optimize workflow automation rules to streamline sequencing processes and improve performance. /li /ulpbr/ppbAnalyze, Test, and Improve Campaigns /b /pulliMonitor and analyze the performance of lifecycle marketing programs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer outcomes. /liliLead A/B testing and experimentation to identify best practices and innovative approaches to customer engagement and retention. /liliPartner with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and content that aligns with brand values and resonates with different customer segments. /liliReport on key performance metrics to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth. /li /ulpbr/ppbYour Profile /b /ppbr/pulli5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention. /liliDemonstrated success in customer lifecycle management. /liliStrong expertise in customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies. /liliHands-on experience with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools. /liliProficient in data analysis, translating complex datasets into actionable insights; experience with Power BI is a plus. /liliExcellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership across international and local markets. /liliExperience working in an international business with exposure to effective CRM practices, ideally in Asian markets. /liliKnowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in email marketing and customer communications. /liliFamiliarity with UX/UI principles to optimize email templates and campaigns for maximum impact. /liliBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to Have /b /pulliExperience in e-commerce, retail, or subscription-based industries. /liliMBA or other advanced degree. /li /ulpbr/ppbHybrid Work Schedule /b /ppbr/pp2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.
