Our Structural Heart (SH) business is leading in innovation, transforming lives through advanced technologies and therapies for heart valve disease. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth area where your work directly improves patient outcomes.In this remote position, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, drive adoption of our technologies—including TAVI and TPV products—and support the success of the Structural Heart business.Responsibilities may include:
Promoting and selling Medtronic’s products within the assigned area to meet or exceed sales targetsProviding technical support during implant procedures in the operating roomBuilding long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionalsGenerating leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize benefitsEducating about the company's products and servicesConducting market research on customer and competitor activitiesImplementing and adjusting market development strategiesCommunicating customer feedback on products to internal teamsRequired Knowledge and Experience:
University degree in life sciences, engineering, or relevant fieldAt least 3 years of relevant sales experience in healthcare/medical device industryFluent in English and Spanish (reading, speaking, writing)Proficient with computers, holds a clean driver’s license, and willing to travel frequentlyExperience working with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff, providing technical support in OR settingsExperience in Cath lab procedures is highly valuedStrong communication skills, ability to manage tasks effectively, and a motivation to build robust customer relationships are essential. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are required.Physical Job Requirements
