Budget and invoice assistance: Assist with invoices and billing;
assist with budget tracking and other financial follow-up
Coordinate and cooperate with other EAs to ensure that work is completed to highest standard and quality;
support and back up other members of the EA team;
mentor and support new members of the EA team;
interaction with other functions within own local office, as well as the larger BCG community
Participate in internal projects and committees as assigned or requested
Fluent English/Spanish, oral and written, other languages valued
PowerPoint and Excel skills
Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs
