Responsable de Mantenimiento y Limpieza
Necesitamos a un competente capacitado para atender la limpieza y mantenimiento de una parcela con más de 1000 m2.
Requisitos del puesto:
- Motivación para realizar tareas manuales, como la limpieza o desbroce del terreno.
- Capacidad para preparar el terreno antes de una nueva construcción.
- Tamaño adecuado físico para realizar labores que involucran grandes superficies y movimientos en las plantas y arbustos que hay que desbrozar.
- Pendiente leve en algunas áreas del terreno.
The customer is indifferent about the method of clearing.
Property ownership: Private property (owned by an individual). Additional services may be required,
such as waste removal and restorative measures for vegetation or partial fencing of the land;
and completion within one month or more are also possible options. The best option to offer this service will depend on the final budget provided by our customers.,
