How can you help us?
Supporting the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4HANA landscape to align with evolving business and technical requirements. This role plays a key part in system stability, integrity, and security through proactive performance tuning, upgrades, and installation planning, while collaborating across IT teams to optimize operations, manage integrations, and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems, including application servers, databases, and integrations.
* Analyze and optimize system performance.
* Perform upgrades, enhancements, and SAP notes implementation with minimal business impact.
* Manage SAP security settings, user roles, and authorizations.
* Handle escalated technical issues related to SAP performance, access, and errors.
* Troubleshoot incidents and system failures.
* Monitor system health and resolve issues proactively.
* Manage integration with other enterprise applications.
* Maintain technical documentation.
* Collaborate with functional SAP teams, IT infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Skills and Competencies
Background: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related. Experience in SAP consulting/support. Project management experience is a plus.
Competencies: Strong knowledge of SAP CALM, BTP, CPI; understanding of business processes; proficiency in English (C1 or higher); knowledge of German or Spanish is valuable; analytical, problem-solving, communication skills; self-motivated, independent work capability. Position can be based in Spain or Germany.
