As an Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as an inspirational role model, supporting the Store Manager in overseeing all store areas and team members to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
* Manage all store operations and team responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Assist in recruiting, staff planning, and performance evaluation.
* Motivate the team to meet performance targets and KPIs.
* Foster a customer-centric environment to build loyalty.
* Ensure the use of all tools, procedures, and policies are followed.
* Monitor competitors and local market trends, sharing insights with your Area Manager and team.
