A UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, compliant, and engaging web applications for managing connected access control systems. You will play a key role in shaping a responsive, cloud-hosted IoT platform that enables remote monitoring and control of automatic doors and access points, in compliance with IEC60839 and related security standards.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and journey mapping to understand workflows related to access control and building security management.Design scalable web interfaces that work across devices using responsive design principles.Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and prototypes with tools like Figma.Apply and extend design systems and UI libraries, ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility guidelines.Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to define interfaces reflecting system health, alerts, and user control.Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics.Ensure designs meet IEC60839 functional expectations, including logging, door control, and auditability.Design for real-time, edge conditions in a cloud IoT environment.Document UX decisions and participate in agile processes.Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's in UX, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.5+ years designing web applications, preferably for B2B SaaS or IoT.Strong responsive UI/UX principles knowledge.Experience with Figma.Understanding of REST APIs, event-driven UI, and real-time UX.Knowledge of authentication, role-based access, and activity auditing from a UX perspective.Experience with cloud applications focusing on latency, security, and observability.Applicants with disability certificates are welcome.What we offer:
