Descripción

This isn't a \"keep the lights on\" HR technology role.

This is a mandate to reimagine how people technology operates across a 10,000+ employee global workforce — architecting AI-enabled HR systems, leading large-scale HRIS transformation, and building the digital infrastructure that powers one of the world's fastest-growing technology enterprises.

If you've done it at scale, built the roadmap, led the teams, and influenced at C-suite level — read on.

The Role

As Head of HR & Technology, you will own the end-to-end global HR technology strategy for an internationally acclaimed, market-leading organisation at the forefront of digital HR transformation. Operating across multiple continents and jurisdictions — from the UAE and Gibraltar to Malta, the Isle of Man, Poland, and Latvia — you will lead a significant, multi-regional HR Technology team and act as the primary architect of a people-centric digital ecosystem that scales with the business.

This is a rare executive opportunity to define, build, and deliver a truly modern HR technology function — with the mandate, the budget, and the leadership backing to make it happen.

What You'll Do

- Own and lead the global HR technology strategy and roadmap — aligning HRIS capabilities with ambitious business growth targets and the organisation's long-range people agenda.
- Drive end-to-end HRIS implementations and major platform upgrades (Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent), from business case through go-live and continuous improvement.
- Champion AI-enabled HR transformation — deploying intelligent automation, workforce analytics and predictive talent tools that put data at the heart of every people decision.
- Partner closely with the C-level and senior HR leadership to co-design scalable operating models and next-generation digital HR ecosystems that serve a globally dispersed workforce.
- Oversee the full HR tech architecture: ATS, LMS, performance management, payroll integration, employee self-service and beyond — ensuring a seamless, consumer-grade employee experience.
- Build, lead and inspire a high-performing global HR Technology team across multiple regions, establishing clear standards, career pathways and a culture of continuous innovation.
- Lead change management and adoption programmes for all new technology deployments — ensuring maximum ROI and genuine behavioural change across the organisation.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, SLA governance and the global HR technology budget, negotiating for value and holding partners accountable to delivery.
- Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance and security across all HR platforms, maintaining rigorous governance standards across every operating jurisdiction.
- Build executive-level people analytics capabilities — dashboards, reporting frameworks and workforce intelligence tools that drive evidence-based decision-making at every level.

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of progressive HR Technology, HRIS or People Technology leadership experience — ideally with a track record spanning both strategy and hands-on execution.
- Proven expertise leading global HRIS implementations at scale (Workday, SuccessFactors or comparable enterprise platforms) — you've done the full lifecycle, not just the strategy deck.
- Deep knowledge of digital HR transformation, AI-enabled HR tools, HR data architecture and emerging technologies reshaping the future of work.
- Board-level credibility and strong business partnering skills — comfortable advising CHROs and C-suite executives and translating complex technology decisions into business value.
- Experience operating within complex, multi-country, fast-scaling organisations (10,000+ employees strongly preferred) — you understand the nuances of integral governance, localisation and compliance.
- A rare combination of strategic vision and the tenacity to execute — you set the direction and you drive it home.
- Outstanding stakeholder management, influencing and change management capability — you bring people on the journey and make transformation stick.

Why This Role

- Digital transformation at genuine scale — lead a programme that will define HR technology for a 10,000+ employee global workforce across 15+ countries.
- AI and innovation at the core — full mandate to embed intelligent HR tools, predictive analytics and automation in a business that genuinely embraces technology as a competitive differentiator.
- Global remit, real executive influence — report into senior leadership, partner with the CHRO and shape the people strategy of one of the most dynamic international technology enterprises operating today.
- Build something that matters — this is a greenfield opportunity with the backing, budget and talent to deliver it. The strategy is yours to write.
