Key Responsibilities
* Dar soporte al departamento de OCC de la aerolínea, asegurando los estándares de seguridad de los vuelos y aeronaves, trabajando a turnos rotativos.
* Hacer seguimiento de todos los vuelos (horas de salida y llegada, retrasos, causas, etc.).
* Coordinar sucesos, retrasos, cambio de equipos, desvíos, cancelaciones, etc. con los departamentos afectados.
* Elaborar informes diarios del estado de los vuelos.
* Gestionar y hacer seguimiento del reporte SMS en caso de incidencia.
* Dar soporte en la implementación de procedimientos y mejoras continuas en el departamento.

* Inglés B2.
* Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas.
