Administrative & Process Officer

Your mission will be to bring internal processes to life, creating and managing documentation (forms, templates, evidences), while providing cross‑functional support to the Finance, Sales, and Account Management teams.

This position is ideal for someone with administrative experience who wants to grow in an international environment, learning about process management, internal operations, and human resources.


Important (Mandatory Requirements)

Residence in: Barcelona

Languages:

Mandatory languages English and Spanish (Proficiency level)

Experience: 1‑2 years


Responsibilities

* Create and maintain forms, records, and evidences for departmental processes.
* Organize and update internal documentation (procedures, policies, checklists).
* Collaborate with Finance and Sales to keep client data and contracts up to date.
* Support the Head of Department in planning, follow‑up, and reporting tasks.
* In the mid‑term, assist in HR administrative tasks (onboarding, databases, internal communication).


Requirements

* Degree in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or similar.
* 1‑2 years of experience in administrative or process‑support roles.
* Strong knowledge of Excel and document management tools (Asana, Drive, etc.).
* Organized, detail‑oriented, communicative, and eager to learn.


Contract & Work Conditions

* Contract type: Permanent
* Employment type: Full time, 40 hours
* Work location: On‑site (Barcelona)
* Expected start date: 01 / 11 / 2025
* Salary: 22.000 – 24.000 € per year
