We are looking for a talented and proactive Order Management Administrator .
Within the the Supply Chain Department, you will be responsible for providing services to internal customers nationwide, ensuring that the supply of materials is adequate to achieve excellent internal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the role
* Inventory management ensuring service levels.
* Checking that stock in the field is at optimal levels, avoiding stock shortages.
* Carrying out scheduled inventories as part of daily operations.
* Preparing various periodic reports with indicators on the progress of operations and providing support to the team.
Candidate profile
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or in the Supply Chain area.
* Advanced knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel.
* Ability to process data and generate reports using these tools.
* Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus.
* English is a plus.
* Motivation to learn, focus on continuous improvement, and ability to work well in a team.
