We are a market leading Global IoT/FinTec Payments Solutions provider working across a range of vertical markets.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, negotiating with clients, and managing the sales process for our products and services. Your go-to-market strategy will involve a mix of direct sales to end-user businesses—leveraging a consultative sales approach—and building strategic channel partnerships, particularly with POS resellers, to expand market reach and close business either directly or through partners.
This role has a strong focus on new business development, with limited emphasis on managing existing accounts. Identify, target, and develop commercial relationships with high-profile customers, including both direct end-user accounts and channel partners.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Take full ownership of selling PayComplete solutions, including hardware and software platforms for cash and payment management across key markets.
Negotiate direct and partner sales agreements that are aligned with PayComplete’s business goals and long-term strategy.
Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new partners, positioning PayComplete as a preferred provider of integrated hardware and software solutions.
Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware and software solution sales.
Experience with payment solutions, particularly cash management technologies, is highly advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
