Contemporary Star Energy is a joint venture created by Stellantis and CATL to advance affordable and sustainable electric mobility in Europe. Bringing together general automotive leadership and next-generation battery innovation, we lead the evolution of cleaner and smarter mobility. Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production.
Strategically located next to Stellantis´ plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.

We are looking for a Compensation, Benefits & Administration Center Manager, who will lead and continuously improve our total rewards and HR administration services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of personnel compensation policies, as well as benefits for all Company employees.
- Directs the administration of salaries and job classification.
- Responsible for the evolution of the wage bill and the budget consumed by employee salary actions.
- Responsible for the evolution of employee headcount and the establishment of corrective actions for possible deviations.
- Supervises the correct execution of the payroll process, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations.
- Responsible for reviewing computer systems that generate payroll accounting lists and concepts.
- Supervises the monthly process of information from personnel attendance control computer systems, preparing data for payroll processing.
- Supervises the preparation of headcount control for all company departments, in accordance with established standards.
- Ensures the accuracy and updating of employee records.
- Responsible for the time control system to ensure accuracy in recording hours worked.
- Manages the human resources budget, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
- Stays updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and communicates these changes to the team and management.
- Ensures compliance by employees under their supervision with policies, safety and environmental standards, and other established procedures.
- Ensures training of personnel under their supervision.
Qualifications
Your profile and qualifications:
- University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources or similar.
- A minimum of 5 years in similar positions, preferably in the industrial sector or international environments.
- Experience leading a team.
- Required on-site working availability at our offices based in Zaragoza.
