**Administrative Legal Banking**
**The opportunity**
As a member of our team in the EY GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.
**Your key responsibilities**
The main functions to be performed will be:
- Assistance and management in the preparation of documentation to be attached to procedures.
- Monitoring of notifications received and their interpretation in order to be able to inform clients.
- Document management and processing of files on internal platforms.
- Management of mailboxes, filing of documentation and notification to interested parties.
- Invoicing and revision of invoices, organisation of matters through Excel.
**Skills and attributes for success**
We are looking for junior administrative assistant who want to start their professional career with us in a dynamic, solid and constantly growing environment within the TAX area (Tax, Tax Procedures, Commercial, Civil Litigation, Compliance, Economic Criminal, etc.).
**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- Intermediate or advanced vocational training in Administration and Finance or similar.
- At least two years' experience in a similar position in a legal/banking environment.
- ** Proficiency in Office Package.**
**Ideally, you’ll also have**
- Organisation and management skills, handling and filtering of a large volume of documentation.
- English language level similar to B2
