To support this ambitious growth, we are seeking a skilled Odoo Specialis t who can ensure smooth operations, automate workflows, and integrate our systems seamlessly.
Responsibilities
As our Odoo Specialist, you will:
• Marketplace Integration (Europe-wide): Connect Odoo with multiple marketplaces across Europe, ensuring smooth data flow via APIs.
• Website Expansion: Support the creation and management of localized websites for each European country, fully integrated with Odoo.
• Process Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Order & Warehouse Management: Ensure proper synchronization of order flow, warehouse operations, and stock levels.
• Logistics & Tracking: Set up reliable tracking systems for shipments and deliveries.
• Pricing & Offers: Manage dynamic pricing, promotions, and marketplace-specific offers.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance, detect issues, and optimize processes.
• System Reliability: Guarantee that all integrations and automations run smoothly, securely, and without disruptions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability across all business processes.
Requirements
• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP (development, customization, and integration).
• Strong knowledge of API integrations with marketplaces and third-party tools.
• Experience in multi-country e-commerce operations: order flow, warehouse, logistics, stock management, and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with website development and localization integrated with Odoo.
• Solid understanding of automation tools and process optimization.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
• Experience with multi-marketplace management tools .
• Knowledge of Python, XML, and PostgreSQL for Odoo customization.
• Familiarity with EDI, shipping carriers, and payment gateways.
• Experience in multi-language, multi-currency website setups
