EBRO AUTOMOTIVE CORPORATION is looking for a Finance & Administration Specialist. This profile will play a key role in supporting financial and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and manage hiring and contracting processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
* Coordinate and oversee travel arrangements, including bookings, expense tracking, and adherence to company policies
* Manage invoicing and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial records
* Work with SAP systems for financial data entry, reporting, and process management
* Support general accounting and administrative functions as required
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience (preferred)
* Proven knowledge or experience working with SAP
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
* Fluency in Spanish, English and French
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
