Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
* Diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
* Carry out urgent repairs in case of incidents or production line stoppages.
* Analyze technical issues using root cause analysis techniques.
* Interpret electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and machinery schematics.
* Execute scheduled maintenance work orders.
* Program and troubleshoot issues using PLCs (mainly Siemens).
* Perform minor modifications on ABB robots (valuable).
* Install new machinery and industrial equipment.
* Manufacture or adapt tools and components for production.
* Carry out electrical and pneumatic installations.
* Comply with industrial safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout).
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements
* Education: Higher Vocational Training (or equivalent) in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechatronics, or similar.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
* Experience in automated production environments, preferably in the automotive sector.
Technical skills
* Fault diagnosis in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
* Basic programming of Siemens PLCs.
* Knowledge of ABB robots (nice to have).
* Knowledge of TPM and KPI‑based management (nice to have).
* Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
* Technical English level is a plus.

* Ability to work under pressure, especially during production stoppages.
