As a DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of an existing team comprising six DevOps professionals. You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, which serves over 1800+ client companies, with million registered users and 30,000 daily active users. You will collaborate closely with all engineering squads including Development, Architecture, AI, and Data teams, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our SaaS product. Within 1 month, you will

4. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible and Helm
5. Automate the deployment of applications, configurations and infrastructure to achieve a high level of flexibility and confidence in production setups and deployment processes
6. Improve our global security, challenge our worldwide scaling, increase our performance
Within 6 months, you will
7. Collaborate with other squads to implement and improve our DevOps practices
8. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve system stability and availability
9. Manage and maintain our Azure cloud infrastructure
10. Ensure the security and compliance of our systems and data
11. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support
12. Manage incidents and post-mortem
13. Work closely with developers to facilitate their daily tasks, help them conform to best practices and ensure environments meet requirements ( simplify and automate the deployment process, provide metrics and monitoring to the engineering squads)
14. Improve monitoring and load testing to secure and enhance the performance of our infrastructure
Within 12 months, you will
15. Actively participate in DevOps decisions for all critical projects related to our platform’s performance and reliability
16. Evangelize and train our R&D team on Devops culture by defining all best practices
The Skills Set
17. 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
18. Ideally, you have worked in a tech or a SaaS company
19. You know how to run systems in production
20. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
21. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
22. Clear understanding of networking, security, and system administration
23. You have a coding background (scripting, programming)
24. Passion for automation and continuous improvement
25. Working proficiency in English and French (level B2 or equivalent)
