Job Summary
Gi Group is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join Agilent Technologies, a multicultural and customer‑oriented environment. The role requires native/professional Dutch and professional‑level English, used daily to communicate with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Sales representatives and customers, ensuring smooth and accurate processes: order management, invoicing and follow‑ups in SAP, acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
* Order processing: create and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
* Sales & customer support: provide information, resolve issues and support customers after the sale.
* Internal coordination: liaise with teams such as Sales, Logistics, Installation, Public Tenders, Credit & Collection, etc.
* Manage the customer journey: from the initial request to final delivery, following company procedures and policies.
* Continuous improvement: suggest ideas to optimize processes and ways of working.
* Administrative tasks: handle documentation and regular administrative duties in line with established procedures.
Conditions
* Hybrid model: On‑site Tuesday to Thursday / Remote Monday and Friday.
* Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
* Salary: €29,000 gross/year.
* Contract type: Temporary contract via Gi Group (ETT) for Agilent.
* Expected start date: 01/07/2026.
* Estimated duration: 4 months.
Qualifications
* A motivated, well‑organized and detail‑oriented profile.
* Customer‑focused with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
* Mandatory language requirement: Dutch (native/professional) + English (professional).
* Previous experience in Customer Service / Back Office / Sales Administration is a plus.
* Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP systems) is a plus.
