currently undergoing major expansion — we're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join Nova and lead recruitment efforts within their organization. You will be
fully embedded in the client’s team, while being hired and supported by Nova.
Desired starting date November 2025 This date is only a guide: it may depend on many factors and could be totally negotiable. Your main responsibilities Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to closing, across several business functions. Partner closely with the client’s
People & Talent team
to define needs and refine hiring strategies. Source top-tier talent
using the latest tools and tactics. Conduct
structured interviews, ensuring a world-class candidate experience. Build and maintain a
strong talent pipeline
for future needs. Report on hiring metrics
and progress, proposing process improvements where needed. Act as a
Nova ambassador, representing our commitment to quality and innovation in talent acquisition.
Requirements for this position 1-3 years of experience
in
Talent Acquisition, preferably in
tech environments
or startups. Fluent in Spanish and English
— this is a bilingual role. French or German is a must. French and/or German are a strong plus, as the company is expanding in those markets. Strong ability to
manage multiple recruitment processes
simultaneously. Experience in sourcing via
LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and other tools. A mindset focused on
ownership, problem-solving, and
proactiveness. Comfort working in
fast-paced, ever-evolving environments. A plus if you’ve worked with
scaling tech companies
or SaaS businesses.
