Tempe: Online Commercial Strategy Manager
Tempe is the footwear and accessories division of the Inditex Group, located in Alicante, with over 2000 professionals from diverse nationalities. The Group's brands—Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho, and Stradivarius—are represented within Tempe, each with its own Design, Manufacturing, Buying, Product, and Distribution teams.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Define, plan, and execute the online commercial strategy for the season across assigned international markets and product lines, including product selection and setting commercial, distribution, and communication directives to meet objectives.
2. Provide necessary information and content for the press minisite and showrooms to promote products.
3. Define product presentation, including looks and details, in collaboration with the Image team for each campaign.
4. Select and assess products to ensure they meet international market needs, identifying gaps or specific requirements.
5. Develop and implement the product's commercial strategy, including lifecycle management, collection updates, cross-selling with clothing collections, and inclusion in special content.
6. Plan merchandise stock levels and timing for the online shop, including initial product rollout in international markets.
7. Ensure the availability and quality of sales content: graphics, descriptions, translations, and product details.
8. Propose and coordinate comprehensive communication plans across channels such as web and social media, including graphic material development for marketing activities.
9. Generate web metrics analysis to identify product and merchandising needs, providing insights for business improvement.
Academic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Advertising, or related fields.
* Master's or higher degree in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management, or Marketing; specialization in fashion companies is highly advantageous.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Strong knowledge of fashion trends.
* Experience in Sales and Marketing.
* Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketplaces is highly regarded.
