 
        
        **Job Description Summary**: Will collaborate in materials management tasks and document development of P&C; Projects. 
His work involves providing support to engineers and PMs in the development of technical documentation, data entry into PLM and ERP, and launch of material purchases for the project.

**Role Summary/Purpose** 
- Support to Management 
- Purchasing and ERP&PLM; (Internal tool with materials and BOM (Bill of materials)for Operations department 
**Essential Responsibilities** 
- Support Project managers in the management of purchases related to projects and follow-up - Management of erp/SAP tools. 
- Operations management support, backlog reporting 
- Support and management of engineering documentation through plm platform management for manufacturing / data traceability in project management. 
- Collaboration in the tasks of engineering documentation in projects. 
- Coordination between the different departments of a production plant and the client. Support to engineers on Materials management on SAP & PLM (ERP and PLM) 
**Qualifications/Requirements** 
- Administrative, Secretary, training in business administration or equivalent. 
- Knowledge on Office and Advanced Excel 
- Full time in presence work at the Bilbao office is required 
**Languages**: 
- Spanish - advanced level 
- English or other languages are desirable (French, German, Italian)
